Reviewing Service Requests and Charges

Reviewing Service Requests
You can keep up with the status of your project(s) by clicking on COMPASS Service Request and then Work Query. You will need your COMPASS user name and password to access these services, as well as your CUFS number to review charges. If you do not know your user name and password, call the FM Information Systems Help Desk at 625-1830. For help in reviewing service requests, contact the FM Call Center at 624-2900.

Reviewing Charges
All customers can review their charges online by clicking on COMPASS Service Request and then Invoice/Chargeback Query. You will need a user name and password as well as your CUFS number to review charges. Facilities Management no longer sends out printed copies of charges. For help in reviewing charges, call the FM Call Center at 624-2900.
