Requesting Services
The FM Call Center is the first point of contact for all your facilities needs.
In order for us to best serve you, please have the following information available when making a request:
- your CUFS number where the work will be charged (if charges are necessary)
- the room number not just the room name of the space needing service
- your name, phone number and main department or unit phone number
- an estimate of the situations urgency and how long the problem has persisted
