It is
Facilities Management policy that all workers with a network login account login
and logout each day they access the network. Here are instructions for logging
in.
- The network login screen (shown below) is
presented during the Windows 95/98 workstation start up process.
- Type your user name in the Username
blank.
- Type your password in the Password
blank.
- Click OK

What to do if you have problems
- Have you recently changed your password? It can
take up to 10 – 15 minutes for the password change to propagate throughout the
entire network security system. Try again in a few minutes.
- Are you trying to use the old password? Did you
change your password and forgot the new one? Call the help desk at x51830 to
have your password reset.
- Is your account locked because your password has
expired? Did you ignore the grace login prompts? Call the help desk at x51830 to
have your password reset.
- Is your account disabled because of an intruder
lockout? Wait a few minutes and try again. If after waiting 20 minutes and it
still does not work call the help desk at x51830 who will reset your account.
- Still have problems? Call the help desk at
x51830 for assistance.
