Logging in to Compass
Most of the Facilities Management Employees will use the Oracle based Compass System to process their work. Training for Compass is arranged by your Supervisor and is performed by the OBSU (Operations Business Support Unit) or your Supervisor.

Of course, there is an ID and Password for this too. The ID and password are provided to your Supervisor and will be given to you after you start.

When you click on any of the Compass Icons, you will see this screen first:

 

Enter the ID and Password you were provided and the screens you are authorized for will come up. If you receive errors like "TNS Names cannot connect" or "Invalid UserID/Password", contact Systems Support at 5-1830 and we'll get you reconnected.
