Requesting Services
The FM Call Center is the first point of contact for all your facilities needs. Customers can reach the Call Center by phone, e-mail or on the internet. Please have the following information available when making a request:
- Your departmental PeopleSoft numbers where the work will be charged (if charges are necessary).
- The room number – not just the room name – of the space needing service.
- Your contact information (name, phone number and main department or unit phone number).
- An estimate of the situation’s urgency and how long the problem has persisted.
