Building strong customer relationships is at the heart of the BRIDGE group, established in 2007 to streamline communication between FM and the university units we service. Deans appointed BRIDGE members to represent them in conveying facilities related information to FM. BRIDGE members meet monthly to discuss facility and other University Services needs.
