The custodial team consists of team managers, supervisors and custodians responsible for providing cleaning services for more than 250 buildings, totaling about 11 million square feet. Working around the clock, FM custodians clean offices, classrooms, restrooms, labs, libraries, clinics and common areas. Each day they vacuum, mop, sanitize, empty trash and recycle. On a wider scale, they perform large-scale project work, like sealing and refinishing floors, carpet extraction and annual space deep cleaning.
