MAPPA EDUCATION COMMITTEE NOMINEES
The MAPPA Education Committee is experienced in both the facilities and training business and is made up of a chair, four members from MAPPA facilities personnel, four from the Big 10 Plus Friends Trainers Consortium, and the MAPPA resource library keeper. Each member serves three years. To assure a smooth succession in the future, some members are serving an extra year. The chair is also the MAPPA education representative at APPA.

The library is housed at Illinois State University. As long as it is there, Missy will be a part of the MAPPA Education Committee. Over the years MAPPA has accumulated an extensive collection of training videos that are available to you to borrow to help train your people. Committee member responsibilities:
- Lists resources on the MAPPA web page as resources for smaller schools. Six university training schedules are on line on the MAPPA web page for you to look at. You can contact anyone at these sites if you see training there that would help your people: (www.m-appa.org/learning/index.htm).
- Plan the MAPPA annual conference with the Program Chair and two or three people designated by the program chair. The Program chair is the President elect for MAPPA.
- Review library materials.

- Review video approval process
- Learning Liaison program (identifying training/education contacts at the major institutions in the region)
- Conduct a roundtable at the MAPPA conference
