Implementation Teams

We are structuring Implementation Teams differently from the Phase 1 Action Teams. Instead of having a large group that meets weekly, the Implementation Teams will be divided into three tiers with differing expectations.

Leads

Team Leads will be working up to full time on the Transformation project. They will set direction for their groups, plan meetings, make sure assignments are completed and compile team results.

Support

Support members will be working up to 50 percent of their time on the Transformation project. As their name implies they will support the Team Leads in completing their project. They will be responsible for sub-projects and assignments as determined by the Team Leads.

Advisory Group

The core of each Implementation Team will be backed by an advisory group drawn from throughout the organization. Advisory group members will meet as often as the Team Leads deem necessary (monthly at a minimum but will fluctuate during the project). Members may also be asked to perform discrete tasks to help complete an assignment. For example, they may be asked to hold three focus groups among Mechanics and take the results back to the Team Lead.
