Moving Forward

Facilities Management has successfully completed phase one, or the Visioning phase, of our transformation project. We are now in phase two - Implementation. The Action Teams’ hard work generated recommendations which have been turned into an implementation plan outline. Our focus for the next year will be:

We know completing these projects will help us move from good to great. We also know that our Transformation will take time. That time will be well spent as FM becomes a customer-focused organization, with a culture of accountability delivering cost-effective, quality service to students, faculty and staff.

How Can I Participate?
