Facilities Management successfully completed phase one, or the Visioning phase, of it's transformation project in 2006. Phase two - Implementation - began immadiately and culminated with final implementation on January 1, 2008.

The Action Teams’ hard work generated recommendations which were turned into an implementation plan outline with the following focus:
Completing these projects were an integral step to acheiving our goal of world class service. But Transformation takes time and Facilities Management is committed to continued evaluation of our progress in order to become a customer-focused organization with a culture of accountability, delivering cost-effective service to students, faculty and staff.
FM Leadership Team
After a comprehensive, nation-wide search, Associate Vice President Mike Berthelsen unveiled his Facilities Management Leadership Team in mid-2007. The eight month process brought together a group of proven leaders who know how to bring focus to customer service.
