You can keep up with the status of your project(s) by clicking on COMPASS Service Request and then Work Query. You will need your COMPASS user name and password to access these services, as well as your PeopleSoft number to review charges. Reviewing Charges

All customers can review their charges online by clicking on COMPASS Service Request and then Invoice/Chargeback Query. You will need a user name and password as well as your CUFS number to review charges. Facilities Management no longer sends out printed copies of charges.
