Thank you for your willingness to embrace this change and make FM better. In listening to folks, things seem to be going well. I appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility. Most people made it to their muster areas on Monday and the few that didn’t now have it squared away.

I wanted to share some comments that we have received from customers.

“My staff and I just met with Marshall Skule and his new team and want to let you know how impressed and excited I am about the new FM structure. You and your staff have truly transformed the system. I'm sure what you are doing will be a national model and it's definitely what a "Top 3" needs to be doing. Way to go!!”

You and I know that our transformation journey is just getting started but it feels great to get off on the right foot. In any trip we know there will be some missteps but with the skills, talents and ability here in FM we will find the right solutions. Together we are moving our organization from good to great.
