Re: Budget Update

As you have probably heard, the Legislative session ended without an agreement with the Governor. The Governor plans to balance the budget through a combination of vetoes and 'unallotting' or reducing appropriations. What does this all mean for FM? The short answer is that we still don’t have a budget target to know how much money we have to run our department for next year. I know this is frustrating for FM staff. I share your frustration and remind you that every state and local government agency is in the same boat. As soon as we have our numbers we will be communicating information to you, through this e-mail, on our website and with meetings. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to provide excellent service to our customers.

Great Performance – John Sanocki, Call Center Agent

FM’s call center is the doorway into FM. Making a good first impression is important but consistent follow through is what earns our customer’s respect. John lives up to FM’s 3 C’s with his custom-focused communication. His manner and follow through have earned kudos from the field. Here’s what one customer had to say.

“I would like to extend my gratitude towards one of your employees,
John Sanocki. In the past I have worked with John on many issues at
the Rarig Center. John has proven to be professional, courteous and
respectful of my requests. All of the issues have been taken care of
in a timely fashion. We can always count on John to make things
happen with 100% quality. Today was one of those times. We had an
airline leak in 640 Rarig and John took care of matters for us. It
was fixed in a matter of minutes. All I can say is, John is a great
asset to your department. Thank you for your excellent service!”

Thank you Mr. Sanocki. Keep up the good work.
